I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the main beach, and the staff throughout the hotel, from reception to the restaurant to housekeeping, were incredibly hospitable and friendly. The cleanliness was top-notch, although a bit more attention to dusting in less noticeable areas like the bathroom ceiling could be beneficial.
The hotel's common areas are beautifully maintained, but the rooms were a little underwhelming and outdated. The service, however, was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach and close to the city center. The dining options were limited, but there were good facilities available.
The hotel had a great view, comfortable rooms that were nice and clean, although a bit worn from wear and tear. The service was magnanimous and very helpful, but lacked greetings to Chinese guests. The location was picturesque, close to the beach and local entertainment areas. The dining experience was fantastic with a great selection, although the price for proper coffee was unexpected. The pool was smaller than imagined but very nice with a bar and outdoor theatre.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were comfortable, clean, and surprisingly quiet - I couldn't hear a peep from the adjoining rooms which was perfect. Besides the lovely room ambiance, the continuous offering of delicious food, snacks, and beverages, coupled with the exceptional support from the staff, truly made this place stand out for me, and I would highly recommend it especially for conferences.
The hotel offered a mixed experience with clean and cozy rooms but lacking the luxurious feel of a 5-star establishment. The stunning view compensated for the average ambiance. The service was exceptional but prices seemed steep for the value. The location was convenient for the beach but distant from the town center, while the dining was hit-and-miss with superb options coming at a high cost.
The hotel is ideally located for quick beach access and exploring the vibrant Gold Coast foreshore with plenty of dining options nearby. While the rooms may have a slight cigarette smell after 6 pm and feel a bit dated, the service was friendly and accommodating, even if the prices were a bit on the high side. The location is fantastic for beachgoers and nightlife enthusiasts, despite the loud party music from the outdoor area. Dining was exceptional with a variety of healthy options, but the breakfast service may need improvement.
